How booking works

1. You search a route and dates. The fares you see are fetched live from our fare provider for that search, so they change as airlines change their inventory.
2. You choose a fare and submit your traveller and payment details. An online booking is a request, not yet a confirmed reservation.
3. We send the request to the airline. E-tickets are issued only after the airline confirms availability and your payment is authorised. If a fare is no longer available, we contact you with the closest alternative, which you can accept or decline at no cost.

Our role, and what the airline controls

Way4Fly is an independent travel agent. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with any airline named on this site. Your flight is operated by the airline that issues your ticket, under that airline's conditions of carriage.

• Set by the airline: schedules, aircraft, baggage allowance, seat assignment, and whether a ticket can be changed or refunded and at what penalty.
• Set by us: our service fees for changes and post-ticketing cancellations, which are listed in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the support you get before, during and after the trip.
• Before you pay, we confirm in writing whether the fare you chose is refundable, partially refundable or fully restricted. The full agreement is in our Terms & Conditions.

How our route guides are kept accurate

• Every flight route guide shows the date it was last updated. Airlines, routings and baggage rules change, so read a guide as correct on that date and confirm the details in a live search.
• Prices are never written into a guide. Any fare you see beside one is fetched live when the page loads and carries its own timestamp.
• A guide is checked automatically before it is published, including that its title, heading and route data all describe the route in its own web address. A guide that fails is not published, and a live guide that stops matching is withheld from search engines until it is corrected.
